Derrotas Cadenas is an Argentinian Tipica quartet formed in 2009 by Rodrigo Loos (double bass), Juan Pablo Marcó (piano), Pablo Gignoli (bandoneón) and Bruno Giuntini (violin), with the purpose of executing their own compositions, mostly following popular tradition. Their sound, an instrumental contrasting texture that achieves a very unique style, is intense, rare, and devoid of academic rigor. Subtleties as well as wild abandon collide generating tension and relief: so emblematic in River Plate Contemporaneusness.

The members of Derrotas Cadenas are:

Took bandoneón lessons with Néstor Marconi and Rodolfo Daluisio, and composition and harmony courses with Maestro Gabriel Senanes. Since 2005 he is a member of Fernández Fierro Tipica Orchestra.
